Paddii is completely free to join and use. If you're just here to find a shortlet, book a cleaner, or buy some sneakers, you will never pay a subscription fee.

But if you are a Host, Business Owner, or Pro looking to maximize your earnings, we offer a premium tier that pays for itself.

1. The Free Tier (Default)

When you sign up, you start here. It costs nothing per month, but you pay standard platform fees when you make money.

• Monthly Cost: ₦0
• Booking Fee: 10% on every successful booking or order.
• Listings: Limit of 3 active property listings.
• Storefront: Standard .paddii.com slug.

2. The Verified Tier

If you're running a serious operation, the Verified tier is a no-brainer. The massive drop in booking fees usually covers the cost of the subscription after your very first booking.

• Monthly Cost: ₦4,000 / month (or ₦35,000 / year).
• Booking Fee: Drops from 10% to just 3%.
• Listings: Unlimited property listings.
• The Badge: You get the exclusive blue checkmark next to your name, signaling trust to potential guests and customers.
• Priority Ranking: Your properties and businesses show up higher in the Explore Feed.
• Paddii Promos: We actively feature Verified listings on our official social media channels.
