Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Each property has its own cancellation policy:

  • Flexible: Full refund up to 24 hours before
  • Moderate: 50% refund up to 7 days before
  • Strict: No refund after booking

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds processed within 2-5 business days
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Email notification when processed

How to Request Refund

  1. Go to Dashboard → Bookings
  2. Select the booking
  3. Click "Cancel Booking"
  4. Review cancellation policy
  5. Confirm cancellation
  6. Refund processed automatically (if eligible)

Payment Issues

Payment Failed?

Common reasons:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect card details
  • Bank declined transaction
  • 3D Secure authentication failed

Solutions:

  1. Verify card details
  2. Check bank balance
  3. Contact your bank
  4. Try alternative payment method
  5. Contact support

Payment Pending?

  • Bank transfers may take 5-10 minutes
  • Check your email for confirmation
  • Contact support if delayed beyond 30 minutes

Duplicate Charge?

  • Verify booking status in dashboard

  • Duplicate charges reversed within 24-48 hours

Receipt & Invoices

Access Your Receipt

  1. Go to Dashboard → Bookings
  2. Click on completed booking
  3. Click "Download Receipt"
  4. PDF receipt sent to email

Invoice Details Include:

  • Booking reference number
  • Property details
  • Date and duration
  • Price breakdown
  • Payment method
  • Transaction ID

Payment FAQs

Q: When will I be charged? A: For instant bookings, immediately after booking. For request bookings, after host approval.

Q: Can I pay cash on arrival? A: No, all event bookings must be paid online through Paddii for security and protection.

Q: Are there any hidden fees? A: No! All fees are displayed clearly before you complete payment.

Q: Can I split payment with friends? A: Currently, we only accept single payments. You can arrange split payments offline with your group.

Q: What if the host cancels? A: You'll receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Q: Is my payment information saved? A: No, we don't store your full card details. You'll need to enter payment info for each booking.
