Verification Process
Step 1: Email Verification
- Check your inbox after signup
- Click the verification link
- Email verified instantly
Step 2: Phone Verification
- Go to Settings → Verification
- Enter your phone number
- Receive SMS code
- Enter code to verify
Step 3: Identity Verification
- Go to Settings → Verification
- Click "Verify Identity"
- Upload government ID (driver's license, passport, national ID)
- Take a selfie
- Wait 24-48 hours for review
Step 4: Property Verification (Hosts Only)
- Go to Dashboard → My Listings
- Click on a property
- Click "Verify Property"
- Upload proof of ownership/authorization
- Our team will review within 2-3 business days
