1. Host Legal Responsibilities
Property Rights and Authorization
Ownership Requirements:
- Must own the property, or
- Have explicit written permission from the owner to list
- Landlord permission required for rental properties
- Body corporate/management approval for condominiums
- Executor authorization for estate properties
Required Documentation:
- Certificate of Occupancy (C of O)
- Deed of Assignment
- Governor's Consent (where applicable)

Verification Process:
- Paddii may request documentation
- Must provide proof within 7 days when requested
- False documentation results in immediate suspension
